Robotics Pictures

Heres the circuit for the tower. This circuit currently is on my first tower which is what is hooked up to it. You can see the circuit there in the middle of the picture with all the white wires attached to it. The big black object on the board thats the 5v regulator circuit that regulates the 13.5vdc from power supply down to 5vdc.

Here you can see the 4 lines of one of the tower legs comming together for tie down. They are tied down with a screw into my desk and well secured. There are 4 lines on each leg.

Here you can see the plates for the red leds. I've frabricated these out of thin brass sheets.

Here is the top of my tower as you can tell. The plate in the middle or there covering the top middle portion, is what will hold the top white 5mm led and also the top red 5mm led. The antennas there are modeled for Cellular antenna's and to define the top of the tower also.

This here is another photo of the top of my tower. In this photo you can see all 3 antennas on top. They are made of really small brass tubing. each antenna is 2" 1/2".

In this photo you can see a plate that will hold a white 5mm led which is the lowest set of leds on the tower. You can also see 3 more red 5mm plates attached to the white 5mm led plate. This set of 5mm leds here are solid when lighted up. The set of red led plates in the other photo will have red 5mm leds also but they will fade in and out.

This is a white led plate that will hold a 5mm white led. Theres only 4 of these on the tower. One due to the fact that they are $5.29 each at radio shack. And two I felt there only needed to be 4 of them due to the height of the tower which is only 4ft and 3in tall, with a base of 2" x 2".

Heres some pics of my ZipZap after modification. Stock color was silver.

Here is the front view of my modified Nissan 350z. You can see the nice glossy color of the black and the cleared out headlights which soon will have lights.

This is one of 2 rear views of the car. In these photo's you can see the nice stand out of the Red color stock paint job on the tail lights.

Here's the other rear view.

This is a top/front view of the car, again you can see the nice paint job i did with gloss black spray paint.

This is one of 2 side views of my modified Nissan 350z.

This is the second view. I'll have some new photos soon in the next few days hopefully if i can get a Metallic Silver paint pen to do my racing stripes.

Here's the new side photo of my zz. As you can see it has the Metallic Silver racing stripes.

This photo shows another top view but with the racing stripes.

This is the new rear photo of my zz.

Finally heres the last pic for a while, this is a good front shot of my zz. Hope you like the pics so far. I hope to get more soon if i do any further modifications to my Nissan 350z.

More Tower photos will come soon when the tower is finished. I also plan on trying to do a 15 or 20 second video of the tower showing all 3 modes. A close up picture of the circuit will also be posted eventually too so stay tuned for more pictures.

If anyone has pictures they want posted or if they have pictures of their robots they would like me to post. Just post a post in the Guest Book and let me know. For now my camera is down cause it makes crappy pictures so untill i get a new camera or can get the video camera going i can't take pictures, so bare with me please. For i know some of you are anxious to see pictures of my work. Thank you.
